⭐️⭐️Your Wellness Minute ⭐️⭐️ If there’s one word that stands out more this year than any it’s GRATITUDE. Gratitude for our health, our family and all the joy we’ve found amongst the chaos. I decided to try gratitude for the month of November, writing down all the things I’m grateful for, big and small. 2020 has been an interesting year, to say the least. Even with all that has gone on and continues to go on, it is important to remember that there is still so much to be grateful for.
Journaling has shown to boost our happiness and well-being. Whether it’s exercise, getting outside, improving your sleep, tracking your water intake, gratitude practice, mindfulness, acts of kindness or being more mindful of how much news and social media you consume, there is so much we can all do to help ourselves.
